Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will grant you full control over your mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this intuitive user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. In addition, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mail account to another, activate email filters, create auto-reply messages and guard your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mailboxes against spam emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwelcome emails will find their way into your email box. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mails according to specific rules specified by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily create an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just specify the e-mailbox account you want to redirect e-mail messages from, then select the destination email box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you want to set up on your personal computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mail account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
